If we have made a mistake on your tag, or we have sent you the wrong tag, eZeClip or collar, please email us at info@bowwowint.co.uk with your order number and details and we will gladly replace free of charge. In the event of a claim under our guarantee we may request that the faulty item be returned to us or a photograph provided. If there is a problem or if we have any questions we will be in contact with you via email. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
