Pets have the power to instantly brighten up our mood and bring some simple joy and happiness to an otherwise dull day. Our pets are always pleased to see us and will love us no matter what – throughout life, pets are our constant companions. And of all pets, the dog is the most loyal.
As of April 2016, it is compulsory for all dogs to be microchipped. Now, almost a year since the ruling came into force, microchipping has become commonplace. Similarly, another law dictates that every dog in the UK must wear a collar with identification on it when out in public.
We may well be busy daydreaming about summer, but outside the snug haven of our homes, we are still firmly in the grip of winter. The weather is cold and temperatures freezing, accompanied by biting winds and the threat of ice and snow. However, our dogs still need to be walked, regardless of the weather.
For us pet owners, keeping our pets safe, happy and well is always a number one priority. That is why, should the worst happen, we find ourselves completely distraught. After all, it is our duty to look after and care for our furry friends, so when something unexpected happens it can totally shake our confidence.
As any pet owner will tell you, pets are an integral part of life. They have the power to make a bad day brighter and will instantly be able to add that little bit of extra sparkle into everyday life. You may know that you love and appreciate your pets, but do they know how much you care for them and value their company?
